Cap Juluca Experience

How to Plan A Caribbean Christmas

Visiting the Caribbean any time of year is always exciting but December is the most festive. If you are planning a white-sand Christmas at Cap Juluca, check out our tips to ensure more time to relax or as the locals say, more time to lime.

To begin leave the details up to us. We highly recommend securing your holiday dining reservations at Cap Juluca prior to your arrival, and our concierge is happy to assist. The only island time to remember is 3 p.m. when we serve our housemade fruit sorbet −  beachside!

Next, the only snow you have to worry about is the sea foam lining Maundays Bay. Leave your winter wear at home, and pack light. Anguilla calls for resort casual attire, and for the ladies flats fly everywhere. Plus our boutique has most everything you need especially if you forget that linen shirt or designer dress.

With everyone freshly sun-kissed and in the holiday spirit is there a better time to snap a family photo? We highly recommend arranging a photo shoot to capture your special moment at Cap Juluca with our friend and photographer, Derrys Richardson of Signature Studios.

If you haven’t been to Blanchards Beach Shack for lunch, a visit should be on your list. Get there early as it’s one of the most popular holiday lunch spots. Sip a frozen margarita and watch the mega yachts that bob in the bay this time of year.

Lastly, try new experiences as the year comes to a close. What’s on your bucket list you haven’t checked off? If you’re looking for an exciting experience, we offer world-class scuba diving, horseback swimming, sailing, fishing, snorkeling and so much more.

There’s something luxurious and experiential about escaping abroad for Christmas. Your family has an opportunity to discover new adventures while making Cap Juluca memories that will last a lifetime. Is there truly a better gift to give?

We are considering staying in a Beachfront Jr. Suite and want to know how close we are to the beach.
We want to be able to walk out the door and immediately be in the sand and into the water without having to walk any great distance.
Please let us know how close we would be.

Hi Louise, Cap Juluca is located on Maundays Beach – all accommodations are beachfront; steps from the beach. A perfect getaway for beach lovers.
